4. A purchase in the online store www.dekornia.pl constitutes acceptance of these regulations. II. Procedure for placing and fulfilling orders
5. An order can be placed using the function of adding a product to the basket and then using the "Order" button. In order to be able to observe the status of the order, it will be necessary to create a user account. Placing an order does not require creating a user account. 6. The basic condition for the implementation of purchases is the correct completion of contact details along with a correct, existing e-mail address and telephone number where the order will be confirmed.
7. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year. Orders will be processed within 2 business days.
8. In the event of circumstances that completely or temporarily prevent the completion of the order, Jarox Dorota Wysocka-Ługowoj reserves the right to suspend the execution of the order - the company undertakes to immediately notify the Ordering Party of the situation.
9. Orders in which the contact details were incorrectly completed (non-existent e-mail or no telephone) will not be considered.
10. Dekornia Dorota Wysocka-Ługowoj reserves the right to suspend orders that raise doubts.
11. Prices of goods in the online store are given in Polish zloty and include VAT (gross prices).
12. Dekornia Dorota Wysocka-Ługowoj issues a receipt or VAT invoice for the purchased goods. To receive a VAT invoice, you must correctly fill in the company details along with the Tax Identification Number.
13. The company conducts mail order sales. Purchased items can also be collected in person at the studio's headquarters. To do this, you must arrange the day and time of collection in advance, preferably by sending us an email.
14. The cost of courier shipping within Poland is PLN 50. Shipping abroad is PLN 150. Shipping costs are added after clicking the "Calculate shipping costs" link available on the order summary page.
